SentWallet provides a USDT payment gateway that allows merchants and users to send and receive Tether (USDT) payments over supported blockchain networks, including TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, and ARB (Arbitrum One).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use SentWallet. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are authorized to operate a wallet for transactions.
4. Wallets and Transactions
- SentWallet does not store private keys or control user wallets.
- All transactions are executed on blockchain networks; once confirmed, they cannot be reversed by SentWallet.
- It is your responsibility to send USDT to the correct address provided during the transaction process.
5. Fees
SentWallet may charge fees for certain transactions or services. Fees will be clearly communicated on the platform. You are responsible for paying all applicable network (gas) fees and service charges associated with your transactions.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use SentWallet for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
- Money laundering or financing of terrorism.
- Illegal gambling, drugs, or weapons sales.
- Fraudulent schemes, Ponzi schemes, or pyramid structures.
- Violating the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

Cryptocurrency transactions are inherently risky due to market volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and technological limitations. SentWallet does not provide financial or investment advice. You use our platform at your own risk.
8. Availability & Interruptions
While we aim to provide reliable service, SentWallet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform. Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or due to third-party issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
SentWallet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, losses from transaction errors, network issues, or unauthorized access.
